So this is my promise to anyone who subscribes to my newsletter: I will not sell, rent, lease, or give away any of your information to any other company or individual. If by some strange twist of fate, some rich man offers me millions to sell my site and contact list (yeah, right), I will send out a final email to my list, allowing them to opt in to receive email from the new owner.

    Personal Data

    If you signed up for our newsletter, you were required only to enter your email address and first name. This information is stored using Constant Contact or MailChimp depending on when you signed up. We do not store any email addresses off these secured sites.

    If you made a purchase from our store, your payment was processed by PayPal, so we receive notice from PayPal of your name, email address, and shipping address. This information is stored at PayPal, and we do not further store or process it off their secure site. This means we do not have access to your banking information, credit card information, or anything beyond your name and contact information.

    If you created an account at our store before or during the purchase process, these details are stored at our cart's secure cloud management page. The only information stored for these accounts is your name, phone number (if entered), and your shipping address.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, The Price Action Room delivers all purchased content electronically to all locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally, The Price Action Room delivers all purchases from international locations using an electronic delivery format unless the recipient is not able to download extremely large file sizes in a timely manner. This avoids the necessity and expense of all customs fees.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination if there is a physical delivery of the instructional materials. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. For that reason, we endeavor to deliver all International orders via electronic download.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Price Action Room is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy

  • The Price Action Room reserves the right to change its return or payment policies at any time with no further notice required.

    Since we deliver electronic media, no refunds will be given once an item has been downloaded. We verify and log all downloads, and each download e-mail/URL has its own unique electronic signature and verification. This record is final and official - if the URL has been accessed via the unique e-mail which was sent to you, the item is considered to be downloaded. Our vendor does log file size downloaded and the IP address of the downloading computer, in addition to the information contained in the unique e-mail/URL combo.

    If an item has not been downloaded and you request a refund for it, the following procedure will be followed:

    1. We will verify through our vendor log whether or not the item in question was downloaded.
    2. If the item was not downloaded according to our log, we will permanently disable your download links and access.
    3. A refund of the purchase price less 15% to cover merchant processing fees and handling expenses will be made within 15 business days.

    No refunds will be given on the new T&S, DepthandSales, or Summary Tape. All funds paid for them go to the programmer, and his policy is that once activated there will be no refunds.
